Manufacture of components

The machine equipment of the company enables high accuracy manufacture of extensively difficult components. We can weld steel, stainless steel and duralumin. We use 3D print to create samples. One of the services our company offers is the manufacture of machine components according to delivered documentation. We are experienced even in constructing light duralumin profiles components defined by customers.

Construction work

Construction closely relates to the manufacture of mechanical part of single-purpose machines. The company has been running its own workshop since 1999. 3D CAD system AutoDesk Inventor is used for designing. It is possible to share the construction documentation of projects with customers in electronic or printed from.

Assembly work and system installation

We realize complete pneumatic and electronic equipment of single-purposed machines containing electric distribution from its proposal to realization. We are able to provide manufacture, assembly and activation even of the devices which were not produced by our company.

The equipment of our workshop enables machining of difficult components in high accuracy, lathing and grinding. We perform welding of steel, stainless steel and duralumin by the WIG method. In case of heat processing of material, components surface finishing and other special manufacture procedures which are not possible to be carried out within our own capacities we cooperate with long time proven suppliers who are able to meet the required quality standard.
